I started filming video content recreationally when I was living in the French alps in 2015. I’d always had an interest in photography and filming, but living in the Alps was the catalyst that led me to becoming a camera operator/DOP.

In 2016 I returned to the UK and I started working for a social media marketing company in Dorset. I was the visual content creator for the marketing agency, which led me to creating content for a variety of clients in a range of sectors - from FMCG and hospitality, to technology and insurance (and everything in between).

Working for diverse clients allowed me to develop my knowledge and understanding in many areas including; camera techniques, lighting, colour, composition, gimbal operation, drone operation, sound recording, directing, producing, post-production, storyboarding/concept, collaboration, communication, working to client briefs etc. The list goes on.

In 2018 I became a full-time freelance camera operator and DOP, working on projects with clients across the UK. I moved to London in 2019 (perfect timing!) and I now work from my studio in South London.
